# Privacy Policy: SINW Internal Accounting Integration
Effective date: August 6, 2026
This privacy policy covers the internal accounting integration operated by Secured Investments NW, Inc. (“Company”) for use solely by the Company and its affiliated entities, ACRES Real Estate, LLC (dba ACRES Property Management) and GPO Maintenance, LLC.
1. What the Application accesses. The Application connects, on a read-only basis, to the Company’s own QuickBooks Online company files to retrieve the Company’s own accounting records, such as account balances and transaction reports.
2. Whose data is involved. The data accessed belongs to the Company and its affiliated entities. The Application is not offered to the public and does not collect data from members of the public. To the extent accounting records incidentally reference customers or vendors of the Company, that information is used only for the Company’s internal bookkeeping and reporting, exactly as it is used within QuickBooks itself.
3. How data is stored and protected. Retrieved data is stored on Company-controlled systems, protected by access controls, and handled only by Company personnel and authorized contractors bound by confidentiality obligations. Authentication credentials are stored securely on Company systems and are never shared with third parties.
4. What we do not do. We do not sell, rent, or share data accessed by the Application with any third party. We do not use it for advertising or marketing. We do not offer the Application, or the data it accesses, to anyone outside the Company.
5. Retention. Data is retained only as long as needed for the Company’s accounting, reporting, and legal record-keeping obligations, and is deleted or archived in line with Company record-retention practices.
