# End-User License Agreement: SINW Internal Accounting Integration
Effective date: August 6, 2026
This application (“Application”) is an internal financial-data integration developed and operated by Secured Investments NW, Inc. (“Company”) for the exclusive use of the Company and its affiliated entities, including ACRES Real Estate, LLC (dba ACRES Property Management) and GPO Maintenance, LLC.
1. License. The Company grants its own personnel and authorized contractors a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for the Company’s internal accounting and cash-management operations. The Application is not offered to, and may not be used by, the public or any third party.
2. Intended Use. The Application connects to the Company’s own QuickBooks Online company files to retrieve the Company’s own accounting data for internal reporting, reconciliation, and cash-flow planning.
3. Restrictions. Users may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or make the Application or its data outputs available to any party outside the Company, and may not use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property. The Application and its outputs are the property of Secured Investments NW, Inc. QuickBooks and related marks are the property of Intuit Inc.; the Company’s use of Intuit services is governed by Intuit’s applicable terms.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation. The Application is provided “as is” for internal business use, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising from use of the Application is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
6. Termination. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application, or revoke any user’s access, at any time without notice.
7. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
